Biography

Matt focuses his practice in business and real estate law, representing clients in commercial & residential transactions, new business start-ups, general corporate matters and mergers and acquisitions.  Also, he has served as general counsel to corporate clients of all sizes, providing legal representation to shopping center developers, service and retail businesses, restaurateurs, health care entities, contractors, distributors, manufacturers, and physicians.

Matt provides co-counsel services for legal matters in Ohio and Florida.
